Thanksgiving and Progress

We are experiencing a gentler and slower pace out in the country this week on our land in southern Missouri.

Last night we slept under three of the quilts I made, (the Christmas quilt, the Batik quilt, and the Valentine quilt), on the covered deck my husband built several summers ago. It feels good to be living the fruits of our labor in this setting.

I love looking at the color of the leaves as they turn and feeling the cooler weather, as we take the next steps toward our dream.

I have started writing a weekly activity booklet for parents to download to help their children get ready for Farm Arts Nature Camp this summer. The first booklet will be ready for December 1st release at http://www.kackymuse.com/KM/Club_Calendar.html.

It is so great to be actually designing the activities and putting the kits together for F.A.N.Camp. The list of possibilities has been started at http://www.KackyMuse.com, (click on FAN Camp).

It will be so exciting to share our experiences with campers.

We are having a different kind of Thanksgiving this week.
